Quando se fala em Emmy 2024, já imaginamos um encontro de estrelas, troféus brilhantes, roupas de gala e as produções mais aclamadas da indústria televisiva. Nesta quarta-feira (17), a lista completa de indicações foi revelada.
A premiação, que celebra a excelência na televisão, surpreendeu ao anunciar duas edições em 2024. A decisão foi tomada para acomodar a crescente produção de conteúdos televisivos e garantir que todas as séries e talentos recebessem o devido reconhecimento. A competição está acirrada, prometendo uma cerimônia repleta de emoções e surpresas. A próxima edição do Emmy 2024 acontece em 15 de setembro, em Los Angeles.
As indicações foram anunciadas em uma cerimônia transmitida ao vivo pelos vencedores do Emmy Tony Hale (“Veep” e “Arrested Development”) e Sheryl Lee Ralph (“Abbott Elementary”), ao lado do presidente da Academia de Televisão, Cris Abrego. Os nomes foram escolhidos após votação dos quase 22 mil membros da Academia.
Após o Emmy 2023 ter sido realizado no início deste ano devido à greve dos atores e roteiristas de Hollywood, a premiação retorna ao seu calendário tradicional, com a cerimônia acontecendo no segundo semestre do ano.
